Welcome to the first Signal Drop. Every two weeks we ship new signals into the graph and sharpen the ones already there, and we'll tell you exactly what landed. Here's what's we’ve been working on.
Education
We now know where people went to school and what they walked away with. Every person carries a canonical education level, from some high school to doctorate to recognized domain experts, alongside when they last graduated and how long they spent in school. And because we wire each person to the actual schools they attended, "alumni of X" is a one-line query now, not a research project. Over 118M people light up with an education signal today.
So you can go straight after:
- Alumni of one specific university who are in-market right now
- People who graduated in the last two years, in the metro you care about
- Master's-and-up, narrowed to a behavioral pattern you describe in plain language
Geo
Geography is finally a signal you can reason over, no longer needing a workaround. Filter people by state, county, zip, MSA, CBSA, or congressional district. Mix them (California or New York), or stack them on top of any other signal in the graph. Until now your only geographic lever was radius search, which made precise, regulatory, and multi-region targeting hard to pull off. Not anymore. And geo composes like everything else: ask for lift by geography, or watch how location bends every other signal in an audience.
Also landing this drop
- Company founding year - slice businesses by age or founding cohort.
- LinkedIn contacts - profiles for people and companies
- Work contacts - work-vs-personal flags on every email and phone.
- Mobile ad IDs - coverage jumped, and so did your reach.
- +1,700 intent topics - services, education, auto, dining, and more.
That's the whole idea: more signals, all reasoned over the same way, all composable in plain language. See you in two weeks.
