Watt's data is US-only. Watt has deliberately avoided GDPR jurisdictions and does not operate in Europe.
Watt relies on its data vendors to comply with applicable laws governing data on minors (including COPPA and relevant state laws), and vendor agreements establish vendor liability for any breach of those obligations.

Each signal is assigned a confidence weight. When sources conflict, the highest-confidence source wins.

Watt surfaces email opt-out flags, Do Not Call registry flags, and MAID opt-out flags in its data outputs.
